Our customers benefit from our DevOps expertise and consulting services without expanding their technical staff. We work with your existing teams and include your in-house DevOps engineers in our workflow to achieve better results.
As a DevOps managed service provider, we make sure your teams have everything at hand to manage the infrastructure on their own, including infrastructure code, documentation, and all necessary knowledge. If required, there is an option of long-term DevOps maintenance and support services from our side.
Boost the efficiency of your teams by automating most deployment challenges. We can make your deployments more reliable by introducing the practices of CI/CD, iterating in smaller sizes, and choosing the deployment strategy that works best for your application.
Legacy projects, operational challenges, and high costs can make cloud migration seem daunting. It doesn’t have to be! Our experienced cloud architects will suggest the best-suited platform for your project and help your teams transition to the new stack.
Putting security at the end of the development pipeline may result in tricky debugging. Organizations may have to go back in their development cycles to fix a bug, which is time-intensive and costly. Save time and ensure early bug detection with DevSecOps – the practice of built-in security integrated during all stages of the software development lifecycle, end to end.
Being technologically advanced means staying ahead of the competition, which is key. Reap the benefits of DevOps automation services, a faster development cycle, and seamless deployments using a state-of-the-art technology stack. Use the cutting-edge versions of tools and components and gain from the latest features available.

“What I liked about Volodymyr and Sergii is that they would figure things out. They were very proactive in finding the resolution to every little issue and figuring it out and doing the research. That was nice to see. We were leaning on them for their expertise as the process went on. I think they did a great job on that and figured out a lot of little details.”
“Bank of Georgia needed a reliable platform with a fault-tolerant system. The guys from SHALB did a great job, additionally working out aspects not covered in the initial contract.”
“The problem with our project was we had so many people working on it that it was very convoluted, – comments Olexy Sadovy. – So it was tough to untangle all this mess. And I think SHALB did a great job of working with that. We had a couple of bumps but we got through that and I think we ended up on the good side of it.”
"Overall, they did a good job. They understood the timelines and worked towards them, delivering on time and within the budget. We didn’t have to push them. SHALB understood the goal we wanted to achieve and worked towards it."
“The solutions proposed by Shalb have proven their quality over time. The built cluster turned out to be easy and cheap to scale. Using it, we easily increased the number of clients we can serve at the same time by tenfold, without proportionally increasing the size of our team.”
a) Review — familiarization with the current infrastructure, problems, wishes of developers and owners, and creation of a roadmap of works with a time estimate. Depending on the complexity of the infrastructure and the available documentation, the review requires from 2 to 60 hours of engineer and PM working time.
The result: a ready-made roadmap with a time estimate and a prescribed sequence of actions for building the desired infrastructure and carrying out the necessary migrations.
b) Implementation — implementation of the roadmap. According to the agreements, we allocate the necessary number of engineering hours and engage the necessary specialists to complete the roadmap on time. Our PM organizes the work of DevOps engineers, monitors the execution of tasks, and provides reports to the customer.
Result: all tasks of the roadmap completed within the stipulated time. The infrastructure has been created or improved according to the roadmap, and the necessary migrations have been carried out.
c) Support 24/7 — programmer support and Incident management 24/7 services. SHALB monitors the operation of all systems around the clock, identifies failures and immediately takes actions necessary to restore normal operation.
The result: maximum availability of the customer’s services and no downtime for the customer’s programmers.
The cost of providing services at each stage depends on the number of required engineering hours. The cost of services and the implementation period at the Implementation stage can be fixed. The option of incident management 24/7 is paid additionally.
We involve at least two DevOps engineers and a PM in each project. We also engage additional engineers who specialize in certain areas of work, such as monitoring master (for work on setting up monitoring and observability), database administrator (for setting up databases in various configurations and optimizing performance) and CI/CD-master (for setting up CI/CD procedures).
This approach allows us to perform work as quickly and qualitatively as possible and provide support around-the-clock.
We work on a monthly advance payment for the planned number of hours.
Payment is made in USD or EUR.
Our engineers are of Middle and Senior levels. The price for working hours is generalized for everyone.
You can be sure of the impeccable quality of our services. The best proof of this is that our customers have been working with us for many years. You can read cases and reviews on our website or Clutch. In addition, our financial responsibility for the quality of services is specified in the contract and is the total amount of funds received from the customer during cooperation – there are no hidden costs.
We use three channels of interaction:
